As you know, my new guild only does 25 man runs three days each week, and tonight we stepped in for our second full night on Lich King. Two hours in, and we had him down to 9%, but we wiped for unknown reasons.
We were so disheartened that we simply released and ended the raid.
No doubt many of us are closely following progression in heroic Icecrown Citadel. There are a lot of guilds gunning for the position for the best guild in the world.
Ahead of everybody else is Paragon from Lightnings Blade EU, and I hooked up with their very own moonkin Lappé for a little chat.
Arthas is finally available in Icecrown Citadel, and with him comes a nice little loot list. While I was a bit disappointed that he only seem to drop weapons, it does sort of make sense. We are more or less covered on every other item slot already.
I would never dream of posting any sort of spoilers (Dumbledore dies!), the loot list got me thinking about my previous BIS list and how each weapon combination compares to each other, and on normal versus heroic difficulty. As it turns out, my initial sloppy guess that going from normal to heroic was just a straight upgrade, was invalid.
I wanted to make a video compilation of the fights in Icecrown Citadel, with tips and tricks to increase your damage. So I did. My guild and I downed Professor Putricide the other day, and I actually got around to record the fight. Enjoy the annotations pointing out my screw-ups!
